Zyagen Labs Mouse C57 ovary total RNA is a high pure intact total RNA isolated from freshly harvested normal healthy C57BL/6 Mouse OVARY tissues, treated with DNase and dissolved in water. RNA is ready for immediate use in any downstream application.
Zyagen Total RNA is routinely extracted from freshly harvested normal healthy tissues of single donor using classical guanidine isothiocyanate–phenol:chloroform extraction method which allows the rapid isolation of total RNA including microRNAs. RNA is treated with RNase-free DNase to remove residual DNA, precisely quantified, and stored at -80oC. The integrity of each RNA sample as indicated by intact ribosomal RNA is verified by denatured agarose gel electrophoresis. The purity of RNA is assessed by NanoDrop (A260/A280: 1.9-2.1). Residual DNA contamination is tested by PCR.
